"The Night of Day" is the debut album from the Chicago based underground hip hop duo The Ritz (comprised of Apoc and Rel). Inspired by the themes and aesthetics of the gritty 1940s and 50s film noir, Rel creates a collection of beats that demonstrate his range as an incredible producer. Apoc handles the majority of the rapping, jumping from one style to the next as the album evolves.
